Led by the superior CPC Committee of the legal profession, Chang-An Party organization concentrates on our central task of “Party Building + Firm Building” to unify our thinking, pool our strength, stimulate our energy to build a learning, service-oriented, and innovative Party organization. With the continuous enhancement of our service skills and constant growth of the business, a large number of excellent lawyers have been attracted to Chang-An in recent years. In June 2021, approved by the CPC Committee of the legal profession, the Party branch of Chang-An was upgraded to a general Party branch consisting of 3 grass-roots Party branches with about 80 lawyers as Party members. Li Jinquan, Director of the law firm, serves as the Secretary, Dong Shuguang, member of the Management Committee, serves as the deputy secretary, and partners and core lawyers act as members of the general Party branch, so as to implement the principle of “Cross Appointment”. Under the banner of Party building in the new era, Chang-An keeps in mind its responsibilities and undertaking, actively participates in public good activities, and gives full play to its advantages and strength to publicize and popularize legal knowledge. In 2019, Chang-An won the Award for Special Contribution to Public Good issued by the Chaoyang District Bar Association. Our firm was awarded the title of “Outstanding Party Organization” by the Lawyers CPC Committee of Chaoyang District for 6 consecutive years, and was successively recognized as “Excellent Law Firm” by Beijing Bar Association.
